Hi! Yes you have a sure shot chance of getting into a government medical college under the OBC quota!
You can try through All India Counselling as well as the State Counselling process.
Please just make sure to fill in the correct college codes in your preference form and keep all your documents ( i.e. caste certificate, marksheet, etc. ) ready.
