Hello.
There are 2 types of bank jobs available.
1) Clerical Type Job
2) PO Job
For getting into a clerical type of job, the candidate must have a valid bachelor degree with an aggregate of 60%. Although, in some banks candidates with 10+2 are also considered. But in such cases a diploma degree with a good knowledge over practicals, may be preferred.
For getting a job as a Probation Officer, one must have a bachelor's degree, with an aggregate of 55%-60%. Along with this, the candidate is expected to have a grasp over computer handling.

Usually, In a public sector bank, graduates, and postgraduate candidates are selected through an entrance exam, while most of the private and Foreign hire the professional candidates like engineers, lawyers, MBA ’s and CFA’s etc.

Banks like IBPS and SBI conduct examination for graduate aspirants for various posts.

Hello,

There are not any specific graduation degree required to appear for banking jobs. A candidate having completed graduation from any stream is eligible for banking exams and jobs. Private banks do prefer sometimes the candidates from commerce background, but in govt. Sector banks, any graduation degree will be enough. You should have good numerical ability and communication skills.

Hope you got your answer.
