NCERT is Indeed considered as the Bible for preparation of NEET, but you need to go beyond NCERT too, to score well in NEET UG entrance exam.
Once you go through the NCERTs of all the three subjects, Study from Some reference books such as S.L Arora or H.C Verma for Physics, Dinesh publication or Modern ABCs for chemistry, and If you get any modules or Study material from any Institute, that is sufficient for biology.
Also, you need to practice questions from previous year question papers and question banks. That will help you get an idea of the questions appearing in exam and the way to solve them.
