Hello sunitha!
As per last year, with 360 marks your all India rank would be around 1.7 lakh. But the cut off was around 43k for A-cat medical seat in Andhra pradesh. Even for A-cat BDS seat in AP , the cut off was around 1lakh all India rank. But the cut off changes every year based on various factors like top marks, toughness of paper, no. of students appeared for the exam, no.of seats available etc.
You can predict your college through the careers360 college predictor link below https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hello Aspirant,
As your NEET score is 360. Your Overall Percentile is: 86.29 - 86.79 and when it comes to rank, your Predicted Rank is :189724 - 221874 . So for private college you need to score above 300. With 400 marks, there are chances to get in to a government medical college But it is good if you secure 600+ marks in NEET 2020. For EWS category there comes 10% seat reservation.
