Your question is very open ended. Fee structure for medical colleges vary from Rs. 500 per year to Rs. 5 lakh per year or even more. Similarity cutoffs vary college to college, depending on the state and your categories (if any) as well.
In general, cutoff for admission is 50th percentile for general and 40th percentile for others. This is the minimum benchmark you need to cross to be able to grab a seat in India.
