Possibilities for getting a seat in a medical college depends on the number of seats available,number of applicant,your category,previous year cutoff trends, closing rank in the particular college,difficulty level of NEET etc. So every year based on these factors the cutoff changes. However, in Andhra Pradesh for SC category ,for the 2020 NEET, the BHMS cutoff for AU region is 355-360 and for SVU region it is 358-363, it can be even higher than this based on the demand for the course. So it is doubtful whether you will get seat in a government college, it depends on the availability of seats and your luck, so you may try.
