Under All India Quota, you should select the State of Eligibility. In your case if you have Domicile of Rajasthan, you should fill Rajasthan in that field. For the rest of the States, it is understood that you are eligible for 15% All India Quota. Once you select a State of Eligibility, be default you become eligible for All India Quota for the rest of the States except Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
