Hey,

EAMCET exam is conducted for admission into different courses engineering, pharmacy as well as related courses in colleges of Andhra Pradesh.

On the other hand NEET is an All India level exam that is conducted fir admission into MBBS, BDS VETERINARY AYURVEDA as well pharmacy courses in all over India.

There is also stare counseling in NEET  which is conducted by each state and you can also apply for All India college from All India quota.
