You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019, the NEET top score was 701 and the Candidate chose MAMC. That is the value that MAMC hold. In 2019, under All India Quota, the cut off ranks for various Categories have been as follows:
General Category: 32
OBC: 148
SC: 896
ST: 3494
Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. If you want a seat in MAMC, for General Category you should aim for atleast 650 and above and if you belong to Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 600.
