Yes you will be eligible for CDS 2023 exam as the eligibility criteria for CDS says that candidates must be born between 2nd July 1999 and 1st July 2005. So according to this, you will be eligible for the CDS exam 2023.

Age limit: 19-25 years

Educational qualification: Graduation in any disciple form recognised university

Age limit in CDS are following:

Indian Air force academy: 20-24 years

Indian Naval Academy/Indian Military Academy: 19-24 years

Officers Training Academy: 19 to 25 years.

According to your date of birth you will be 24 years old in 2023. So, you can choose Indian Air force academy, officers training academy or other post according to your interest.
