You can fill "Faculty of Law". In the notice for LLB/LLM admission there was a list of required doucments. List says " The non-creamy layer certificate of OBC candidate should be of 2017-18. " It means you are supossed to carry that for counselling, ideally you should make effort so that you can produce it when needed. I hope it helps.
