Manipal institute of technology offers scholarships to it's meritorious students on the basis of scores obtained in MET and their performance in senior secondary examinations.

MAHE awards 100 percent scholarship to top 3 students of CBSE, ISC and every State boards. 1-100 rank holders in MET are eligible for freeship in academics while 101-1000 rank holders are given fee wavier on the basis of their  performance in Annual examinations.
