You have  secured good marks congratulations.after your 10th standard there are lota of changes on the subject you learn.you will learn about the depth in the subject.this depend purely upon your interest and knowledge what you want to become and what you are going to aim up in your life.if your are ready to learn the science which you are interested very much and go into a medical line you can pursue biomaths else interested in computer choose computer with maths.if you are not interested in these go through the accounts or business maths line.all the best!!

Look subject selection solely depends on area of interest of the candidate .class 10th marks should not be considered for subject selection as classes 11 and 12th are totally different from class 10th so you should see your area of interest and should choose your subject wisely.
