Yes you have qualified the exam then you will get the admission in the medical or dental or any other course you want to carry. Considaering you as a general category candidate the govt. medical colleges are not in your range because the marks range for the govt. medical college for general category candidate is 450+. There can be a possibility for the dental branch and other branches also so I would suggest you to go for the counselling rounds and then you will be able to know the admission in the college.
