There is no free seat no matter how and what your score is. You can become eligible for TFW where you don't have to pay tution fees but you have to pay rest for the fee structure. You can apply for scholarship which is provided by the institute, central and state government which will help you to pay rest of the fees.

In this way, you have to pay less from your pocket and you can complete your degree.
