Considering the previous years cut offs for govt. medical colleges, which was around 610 marks in NEET 2020 for UR EWS category in AIQ, 500 marks are not enough to fetch you a govt. medical college. Though you can opt for good private colleges or opt for other medical streams like B.A.M.S/B.H.M.S/B.U.M.S/B.V.SC
At this score you can expect good chances of govt. ayush, homeopathy & naturopathy colleges.
