According to Previous Years Data, assuming you are a Other State Candidate, from OBC Category, the OBC Rank Cutoffs for the above NITs for CSE are as follows

MNNIT A OBC 1.6k

SVNIT Surat OBC 2.1k

MANIT Bhopal OBC 2.6k

NIT Kurukshetra OBC 2.7k

Hence, cobsidering OBC 2k as a standard, you will need atleast a CRL of anywhere around 10k to increase your chances in securing atleast three of the above four institutes. For CRL 10k, you will require a corresponding Percentile anywhere around 99.0-99.2, and target securing atleast 60%of the Total Score, i.e, 180+/300.
