Hi Sagnik,
Only if you have Delhi State Quota, you may get a seat with 450+ in UCMS. If you are trying with All India Quota, 500+ is a must to be on the safe side even with SC category because the colleges in delhi like UCMS are one of the most reputed colleges and their cut offs for each category is fairly high compared to other medical colleges of the country.
