It varies from Institute to Institute. Most of the universities and colleges in Canada grant admission to students who have scored at least 60% in their +2.
Scoring 60% does not mean you will get admission in all the colleges or educational institutes, but you will have sufficient options to select from.
One thing I can let you know for sure is, students who score 60%, easily get accepted by Canadian Universities/Colleges.
