The marks only shows your efforts and dedication towards that particular exam and choosing a carrier is completely a different part so the choices you should make depending on your interest in some of the field, now for engineering there are some of the best competitive exams like JEE and state level entrance exam which helps you to get college and for pursuing a carrier in medicine you can give competitive exams like NEET and get into some of the best MBBS government colleges.

As you belong to science stream you could take up any course of your interest as students from science stream can apply for the course in engineering, management, law, design, media, arts.
The eligibility criteria for most of the courses require a minimum of 50-75% score in 10+2 and successfully you have achieved it.
