In order to be eligible for BTECH you should have 60% aggregate marks in PCM in your 12th class in general category.

There is a relaxation for other categories.

There is specifically percentage for that but yaah make sure one thing inorder to take the admission in any govt. college either IIT / NIT/ IIIT/ CFTI/ GFTI / STATE GOVERNMENT COLLEGES you need to have a atleast score of 75% in class 12th.
