It is difficult to predict the score because admission in NITs depends on the cut off. Considering the previous year cut off you need to score minimum 110-120 marks to have decent chances of getting seat in Computer Science Engineering in a decent NIT. Answering to the point, being from ST Category you should target securing atleast 100/300 in JEE Main 2021, to stand a good chance in securing Circuital Branches like CSE, ECE or EEE at some of the Top NITs including your Home State NIT.
