There are 100 seats in CMC Vellore out of which 74 seats are filled through recommendations of missionaries of associated churches. 10 seats are reserved for wards of CMC staff. 1 seat is filled through recommendation by the Central Government. The rest are Open Category seats and there are approximatrly 2-3 seats allotted for SC Category. So you should score nothing less than 650 fpr a seat in CMC Vellore. Now this is based on previous years cut offs. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
