According to previous year data for All India Quota,AIQ Counseling, For Unreserved Category Students following was the Cut off for top Government Medical Colleges in Gujarat through AlQ Counseling-

• GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, SURAT - 5321 All India Rank

• GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, BHAVNAGAR- 8508 All India Rank

• GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, BARODA - 4723 All India Rank

• Pt. D.D.U MEDICAL COLLEGE, RAJKOT - 4648 All India Rank

• M.P. SHAH MEDICAL COLLEGE, JAMNAGAR - 7,878 All India Rank

--------- Also you must know that marks vs Rank change very year, hence I haven't mentioned the marks pertaining to the AIR in the year 2020. And cut off Rank is different for different category candidates.
