See there are various colleges in India that offer B.Sc Nursing course and different colleges have different percentage criteria according to their admission criteria because some institutions use to take admission on the basis of entrance exams whereas some use to take admission on the basis of 12th merit so please specify either college name or the name of an entrance examination for which you want to appear. If you are talking for minimum percentage in 12th then it is also variable but the basic requirement is 50% with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects irrespective of category .
