Marudhar college of engineering is pretty good as far as an average college is considered. The infrastructure is also good as compared to the city of Bikaner. The college provides decent placement in every branch except that of Mechanical. You can pretty much expect jobs in Mass Recruiter firms like TCS, Infosys, etc. The CS branch is the only branch which provides a good placement. It provides various facilities like canteen, library which is very good. Thus for a civil engineering graduate, the college is not bad but not too good. The only placement you will be provided will be in the software industry that too if you know to code. Marudhy engineering college , Bikaner is a bit good college with respect to studies and facilities and faculties but if we go on the placement side the percentage of placed students is not good at all. As very few good companies come and also many are for cs and IT and very few come for civil branch so I would suggest you to first go for some another good college before taking admission here.

The college provide many placements for civil students compared to other colleges. Probably 80% of the students get the job after the third year of their college. Many companies come in the college for the placements like Life project pvt ltd jaipur, infosys, IBM and many other. The average package offered is about 2.5 to 3 lakhs. But this may vary according to the company and student's knowledge. The highest package offered is of 11 lakhs. The college provide skill developing programs, and other technical skill developing programmes.
