Dear Student,

It is a professional degree with specializations, pursued after Bachelor of Social Work or any other Bachelor's degree. After presuing this course one can work as a social workeer, Public welfare managers, Consultants and earn upto 3-10 lacs per annum. Companies like Social circles, Hospitals, Help Centres like UNICEF, CRY, etc. recruit the most no of employees in their organisation. Their are many scopes after persuing this course, and actually it is very much needed in today's era. The number of helpless, deprived and disadvantaged are increasing day by day. Therefore, this course utilizes resources to eradicate the problems of such people and try to release and alleviate their pain and suffering. Social workers try to prevent social problems caused by poverty, unemployment, inadequate health, and education facility, alcoholism, drugs abuse and other such vices.
