Yes  , you are still eligible if you have pcmb in 12th standard as per the criteria required for the candidates to be eligible for the neet as it says that you must have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English subjects from a recognised board . So don't need to worry because you can give neet exam .
