Now that MVSR Engineering College has decided to make the college a closed gate campus, it has lost it's only good quality, it no longer is a point of attraction to new students.

We don't analyze what do you mean by the Open GATE and CLOSED GATE. Matrustri Engineering college don't offer any post graduate courses for which you need GATE. It only offers UG engineering course through TS EAMCET . The college is affiliated by Osmania University, Hyderabad . Its a private college.
