The percentage criteria for admission in Delhi University varies with many factors such as Quota, Category, Region, Gender, College and most importantly, the course you are applying for. To give you a general idea, you can get into chemical hons with around 90% in North campus while for the physics or economy hons you might be needed 95%.

let me clear your doubt.

The basic eligibility criteria for taking admission in du is that a candidate should Score  minimum 60% marks in four subjects (including mathematics) for General category and  54% for OBC, and passing marks are required for SC/ST.

but those who have scored above 95% have a good chance of getting admission to the college and course of their choice in DU.so basically your percentage depend upon the course you take but here you have not mentioned any course.
