may a student after first year can change from vimla mahavidyalay to other mahavidyalay please guide

Vimla Mahavidyalaya is affiliated by University of Calicut, Malappuram . So if you wish you can go for any other college which is affiliated by University of Calicut, Malappuram but this is entirely dependent if Vimla Mahavidyalaya allows it or not.
