You have not mentioned which category you belong to. When comparing the results of previous years, a score of 492 got a seat in the U P rural institute of medical sciences in general category under the state quota and I'm obc category, one was required have 429 marks to get a government college. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
