Yes you can.
B.Tech (Regular) admission is based on a valid score in JEE Mains
followed
by Joint Admission Counselling. DTU
conducts its own entrance test named
Common Entrance Examination (CEE)
to offer admission in
B.Tech (Evening) & B.Tech (Lateral)
programs.
So yes you can get into DTU through jee mains score.
Also, all the NITs take admissions on the basis of jee mains score if you have qualified the jee mains examination by scoring atleast equal to the cutoff marks officially released by NTA. The colleges(NITs) will soon release their cutoff ranks as soon as the official rank list is declared by the NTA. Then you can see which NIT colleges you can get based on your rank by taking part in the counseling process.
However for taking admission in IITs it is necessary to qualify jee advance. This is because the IITs consider jee advance score and rank list for taking admissions.

In DTU you cannot do physics hons subjects.
In DTU BA,BBA courses are available but BSC course are not available.
