You haven't mentioned your score, state rank or all India rank. You confirmation of seat depends on you score and rank. If you have a score more than 520 than you have quite a lot of chance to get a college in WB through state quota. (This is for general category) for SC, ST and OBC you can check last year's cut offs in career360 itself.
