There is no reservation for any category in all the campuses of BITS.

BITS Pilani conducts a separate test for admission in M.tech known as BITS HD. Until last year there was no other way to get into BITS. But from last year, they started considering gate score as well. In an effort towards being a comprehensive university, they increased their intake capacity last year. 50% seats are filled through GATE and rest through its own entrance exam.

Almost every candidate admitted to BITS higher degree programme is given a tuition fee waiver of Rs. 13400 per month (approx), for which student has to contribute about 8-12 hours per week assisting in teaching, laboratories.
