Hi Divya! There is no schedule or information regarding the 2nd counselling at the official APICET website. The certificate verification process ended on 19th July and the option exercise process got over on 22nd July. The colleges have released their allotment lists on 24th July. You may check the allotment details by logging in to the official website, apicet.nic.in.
