If you are planning to do MBA from IIMs or other renowned colleges then specialization doesn't matter they will shape you in a way that will make you stand out in a corporate world. They will offer you 30+ courses that will cover every area of HR, finance, business analytics, strategy, etc. Looking at the changing demands of industries, one must be good enough to survive in any environment keeping this in mind these colleges make you competent enough to achieve the demands.
Getting placed completely depends on the number of internships you have done and how you have spent the 2 years of post-graduation. It does depend on your past background.
To choose one out of this two option(business analytics or supply chain management) it completely depends on your area of interest. But if you are asking about jobs salary wise then business analytics has more salary benefits and perks.
