As you are concerned about maintaining percentage for placements , then  I would like to inform you that , Yes its required to maintain average cgpa in exams but , you will be placed or not is not solely depend on your marks but your confidence level , communication skills , technical skills , presentation skills , analytical skills etc. all will be considered .
