See, whether salary will be more or less depends upon the skills and experience you have not your degree. The more you will get skilled and gain experience, the more will be salary. Now, if you go with same skillset and experience with both MBA and M.Tech, then it is expected that you will get a high salary job when you go with MBA. This is just because MBA is a management course and managers are always paid more than an engineer.
