These are some completely different fields and you should give a serious thought on which path you want to follow. However here is some brief about all your options, do your research and follow your passion as it depends entirely on your interest as to what you want to do

1. MBA or masters in business administration is a post graduate degree which develops your skills in the field of business and management. It is not only related to the business world but also spans across towards agriculture and healthcare.

2. MBBS or BDS is the best option if your wish is to become a doctor (it is the only way to do so in order to treat patients). There is a specific exam called NEET for entrance into medical and dental colleges.

3 NDA- The National Defence Academy is the combined services academy of the Indian Armed Forces, where cadets of the three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force train.
