MBA is suitable for those candidates who are good at managerial plus administration skills and can handle stress and deadlines.
MCA is suitable for those individuals who are interested in general computer applications and want to enhance their insight to be more technically sound.
The average annual package for a graduate in B.Tech ranges from INR 2,50,000 to INR 40,00,000.
The average annual package for entry level MBA is INR 2,90,000 and it can grow up to 3,90,000 or more after getting experience of 2 to 3 years.
The average salary package for a fresher in MCA ranges between INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.

BTech is a bachelor degree program. MBA and MCA both are masters degree programs. If you want to go BTech then it's 4 years course. You become an engineer after completing this. There are so many departments are offered you can be choose which department you want like civil engineering, CSE, ECE etc. Now after this you can get your departmental job also and maximum salary will be 30 - 40lpa after completing only BTech. But this salary depends on company ofcourse. Average salary will be 4 lpa.
Now come to the MCA, if you completing your graduation in BCA then you can do MCA. MCA is masters of computer application. You can get good salary after this. Average may be 6 lpa or more than that.
Now last come to the MBA. Which is masters of business administration. You can do it after completing your graduation. And after done it you can get very good job in any company and salary always high. Average salary will be 30 lpa.
