You have to select between All India Counseling or State Counselling. Once you join a college you cannot quit the seat. You will lose the security deposit. So you have to decide which Counselling you want to attend, either All India Counselling or State Counseling. You can secure the seat allotted in Round 1 of State Counselling but if you get a seat in Round 2, there is no free exit or free upgradation. You have to accept the seat offered in Round 2 and if you do not want to, you will have to forgo the security deposit. So you have to decide whether you want to participate in Round 2 of All India Counselling.
