Hello Rajni,
As per your score in NEET 2018, your score that is 120 makes you eligible for admission in MBBS.
Your score will not get you into a Government Medical College under AIR quota or State quota for MBBS.
But you have a decent chance for admission in some Deemed University under state quota for MBBS.
