Hello Aspirant,
As of now in the wake of COVID-19 many engineering institutions announced admission for engineering courses on the basis of 10+2 merit but there is no any news regarding this issue for Medical institutions.
Note that for studying MBBS in any of the institution of our country even for abroad also you have to appear in NEET exam and should clear the required cut-off. So be ready for NEET examinations if you want to go with MBBS in future.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you cannot get admission in any medical college without Neet examination.
This is because,
Neet examination has been mandatory to qualify for courses like MBBS, BDS , Ayush courses like BHMS etc
So, Neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges be it government or private , even if you want to get admission in foreign for your MBBS etc then you need to clear Neet examination .
Thus, there's no way of getting into medical college for your MBBS without Neet examination on the basis of marks obtained in class 12th board examination
