Hope you are doing well. It is difficult to get government seat for mbbs with 220 marks. But you can try for private mbbs, bds or bams seat .
For getting government seat for mbbs you need to score around 600 in state quota and above 620 for all India quota. The state cutoff is around 550- 560.
Although getting government seat depends upon various factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, region, state, AIQ rank, state rank,etc.

Hi
With this marks you will not get any mbbs college. Better to opt some other degree or take a drop and prepare for next time.
Dear aspirant,
With this score you are not eligible for any government medical colleges in India.
You need at least 600+ to get a chance in some of the government medical colleges.
But you can try for private medical colleges, which you may get admission there, some of the private medical colleges were listed below,
=> Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital, Udaipur
=> Tripura Medical College, Agartala
=> Dr DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai
=> RKDF Medical College Hospital and Research Center, Bhopal
=> AMC MET Medical College, Ahmedabad, etc.
Further you can use NEET College Predictor tool to check your other chances for MBBS, BDS & Ayush Courses.
