Every year practical records are issued by college itself in which you are reading. If you haven't got that you must ask your college authority or head of department of subject of 3rd year.
You must do all your practical records and complete on time.
This practical records are essential for the university exam.
So you should maintain your practical records and log books in every subject in respective years.
