In every state MBBS colleges have 85% of medical seats reserved under state quota, meaning that students of that particular domicile state can apply through this quota. The remaining 15% is All India Quota. Any candidate can apply through AIQ.
Every state has state quota and there is no exception to it. So UP too has state quota and if you belong to UP, you are eligible to claim under this quota.
