Admission in MBBS is through Neet examination, so you need to qualify neet examination to pursue mbbs
NEET Eligibility
As per, Neet 2021 eligibility criteria to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination 2021 or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category
-
at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to st/Obc/ Sc
at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.
Also,
* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021
* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021
* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

EXAM PATTERN
Here's a brief a neet exam pattern
* Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks
*there are a total of 180 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) from Physics, Chemistry and Biology .
-)45 questions from Physics,
-)45 questions from Chemistry,
-) 90 questions from your biology.
††† please note that the number of questions for NEET 2021 might be increased to provide internal choices in order to give some relaxation as the number of questions has been increased in case of JEE main 2021 to give relaxation.
* Duration of examination is 3 hours.
Marking scheme:-
* 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer
* there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer
*No mark is deducted for unanswered questions

After qualifying NEET examination you need to participate in NEET counselling , you can participate in both MCC counselling and your state counselling and then you can get a seat in MBBS on the basis of rank obtained by you in NEET
