Hello Aspirant,
MBBS is the most sought after course and doing it abroad has got a few advantages like international exposure, practical training, better training and education etc but it depends on which college and country you want to pursue MBBS. You will have to decide between the the options based on the expense factors. US, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, France, Canada and Malaysia are some best countries to get medical education from but you will have to clear their local medical entrance in order to get admission. Other common destinations for MBBS , where there will not be any local entrances to clear are China, Germany, Philippines, Nepal, Russia, Ukraine, Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan, they offer affordable education and easier admission process, the fee would be around 25-30 lakhs in total. Also you need to keep in mind that , once you complete medical education abroad and come back to India, you will be required to pass the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) screening test in order to register with the MCI or any state medical council and practice medicine in India. In India completing MBBS from a government medical college is desirable and ideal but if your option is a private college ,then you should see all your private college options in India, compare the overall expense with the abroad universities and decide, if you are really keen on getting a global exposure then you may go abroad . Therefore I suggest you research well about abroad options , choose an institution ,check the eligibility criteria and prepare for the admission requirements.
