There are some Drawbacks -
1) You have to clear MCI exam after completing MBBS from Philippines for practicing in India and clearing MCI is equal to giving NEET PG (I mean the level of questions that are to be asked)
2) Since you are from different Country your culture , fooding habits will be different from those in Philippines so it will take time for you to adjust over there.
4) As mentioned in first point you have to give 2 exams after completing your MBBS from Philippines one is of MCI in which you will get only 3 chances and if you fail to qualify in these 3 chances you will not be eligible for practicing in India
also you have to give NEET PG for doing specialisation and until and unless you haven't qualified for MCI you cannot give NEET PG. So considering above points you can take the decision
